These General Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions<\/strong>) define the terms under which brut.nature.bijoux<\/strong>, registered with the CMA of Beziers under Siret number 95111430500018 (not subject to VAT), headquartered in Rue Neuve, 34390 (SN) Olargues, and owned by M\u00f2nica Juli\u00e1n Palouzie, provides Products, software, and services (collectively Services<\/strong>) via its website www.brut.nature.bijoux.com<\/a> (the Site<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

These also define how the User<\/strong> accesses and uses the Site and Services.<\/p>\n

1.2 Acceptance of the General Conditions<\/h3>\n

Access to the Site and\/or use of the Services requires unconditional acceptance<\/strong> of all terms. These Conditions form a contract between the Site and the User.<\/p>\n

The brut.nature.bijoux<\/strong> trademark is registered by HSA, 40 Boulevard de la tour d’Avergne, Rennes. Unauthorized use of this brand is prohibited.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n
