General Conditions of Use
Article 1: Preliminary provisions

These General Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) define the terms under which brut.nature.bijoux, registered with the CMA of Beziers under Siret number 95111430500018 (not subject to VAT), headquartered in Rue Neuve, 34390 (SN) Olargues, and owned by Mònica Julián Palouzie, provides Products, software, and services (collectively Services) via its website www.brut.nature.bijoux.com (the Site).
These also define how the User accesses and uses the Site and Services.
1.2 Acceptance of the General Conditions
Access to the Site and/or use of the Services requires unconditional acceptance of all terms. These Conditions form a contract between the Site and the User.
If the User does not agree, they must refrain from using the Services. brut.nature.bijoux may modify the Conditions at any time.
Article 2: Maintenance
brut.nature.bijoux aims to provide access 24/7, subject to force majeure, technical issues, or maintenance.
The company does not guarantee full availability, transmission reliability, or technical support. It is not liable for interruptions or their consequences.
Article 3: Prices
Prices are displayed in Euros. Some Services may require payment. Terms will be provided in the applicable service conditions.
Article 4: Intellectual Property
Any reproduction or use of any part of the Site without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The brut.nature.bijoux trademark is registered by HSA, 40 Boulevard de la tour d’Avergne, Rennes. Unauthorized use of this brand is prohibited.
Article 5: Third-party links and sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. brut.nature.bijoux assumes no responsibility for their content or data.
These links are for convenience. The User is solely responsible for their use.
The company may request removal of links it deems non-compliant.
Article 6: Disputes – Applicable law
These Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes will first be handled amicably.

Users may seek mediation (art. L612-1 of the Consumer Code) or take legal action. If no agreement is reached within two months, the case may be taken to court.
