Warranty – 2 years
All my pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
In case of a defect, you may choose:
A full refund,
The delivery of another piece with the same characteristics—keeping in mind that, due to the artisanal nature and uniqueness of the stones, slight variations may occur,
Or an exchange for another piece of equal value.
This warranty does not cover breakage or damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, chemicals, or lack of care.
